An outline of a typical implementation
- Akruu will present a plan for implementing your customer care and data needs. This will include the monthly charge associated.
- Akruu will manage the migration of your current data to the Akruu server.
- Akruu will set up any specific data required for your production.
- If requested, Akruu can operate the new system in parallel with your current system. This trial will show the capability of the system with your data.
- At the end of this trial, Akruu can become your live Customer Care and Billing System.
In all of these steps you, as the client, can have as much involvement as you require, or you can leave the work to us.
